Beta Terms of Use

1. The beta
Trippa is a limited, free public beta operated under the Trippa name. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Paid checkout is disabled during this beta.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials and connected AI-client tokens secure. You are responsible for activity through your account.
3. Fellow travelers
Only provide another person’s information when you are authorized to do so. As the adult organizer, you are responsible for information you provide about children and other travelers and for honoring their preferences and privacy.
4. Planning information is not a guarantee
AI suggestions, prices, availability, routes, transit estimates, weather, hours, accessibility details, and flight status can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important details with the final provider before relying on or purchasing them. Trippa is a planning aid, not a travel agency, emergency service, or professional adviser.
5. Bookings and affiliate links
Bookings are completed with third-party providers under their terms. Some lodging links are affiliate links, meaning Trippa may receive a commission without increasing your price. Commissions do not determine recommendation ranking.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, probe or bypass access controls, interfere with other users, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use Trippa to harm another person.
7. Your content and Trippa’s service
You retain rights in content you provide. You give Trippa permission to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Trippa and delete your account. Trippa may suspend access for security, abuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Account deletion can affect trips you own and share with collaborators.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Trippa does not guarantee uninterrupted service or travel outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Trippa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use of the beta.
10. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by Minnesota law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
